Cittadellarte Store was conceived with the intention of conveying a message of responsible social transformation through the sale of its products, which are the fruits of Fondazione Pistoletto’s projects or the results of the research of young designers, artisans and artists who share its mission: “to inspire and produce a responsible change in society through creative ideas and projects”.
How to make your purchase
Our products are organised in various categories: Clothing, Home accessories, Personal accessories, Food&Drinks, Stationery, Publications, Jewellery, Beauty products, you’ll also find a section dedicated to Michelangelo Pistoletto’s series of works.
You can browse the products by accessing the different categories or, if you prefer, you can use the search bar in the top menu to look for something specific.

Once you’ve found the product you’re interested in, you can click on its image or its name to find out more details about it; should you require further information, please contact Cittadellarte Store ( (store@cittadellarte.it / 015.8971064), our staff will be available to provide any help you might need with your purchase.
The function ADD TO CART allows you to select what you want to order. By clicking the CART button in the top menu, you’ll be able to see the list of what you’ve ordered so far, with the option of changing the quantity of the items. You can then proceed to CHECK OUT, or close the CART window to carry on browsing and shopping..
Registration
In order to make purchases from Cittadellarte Store, you’ll need to register. The process is very simple. You just have to click the button CREATE ACCOUNT in the top menu and fill in the form with the required data. At the CHECK OUT, you’ll be asked further details, which we’ll need to be able to process and deliver your order; these details will be memorised to make it easier for you to place your future orders.
Login
If you are already registered on Cittadellarte Store, you’ll only need to type your email address and password on the LOGIN panel you can access from the top menu to sign in. Should you have forgotten your password, please follow the few simple instructions you’ll find on the LOGIN panel to have it sent to your email address.
Payment
You can pay for your orders with credit card, through PayPal or by bank transfer.

Payment with credit card: you’ll be presented with a page where you can insert your credit card details.

Payment through PayPal: you’ll be presented with the PayPal login page to be able to access your account and proceed with the payment.

Payment by bank transfer: you’ll be presented with the details of the beneficiary, the order will be processed when Cittadellarte Store receives confirmation of credit.
Delivery
Cittadellarte Store delivers in Italy and abroad, using Bartolini or Swiss Post services, depending on the destination.
Delivery times for Italy are between 2 to 5 working days from receipt of order. Delivery times for other countries differ according to the destination.
All custom and excise costs will be payable by the customer.
Cittadellarte Store will inform you should the dispatch of your order be delayed for any reason (e.g. your order or part of it is not immediately available).
Returns
Cittadellarte Store strives to provide the best service. Should you, for any reason, not be satisfied with the products you receive, you can return one or more items and be refunded for an amount equal to the price of the goods you’re returning.
You’ll have 10 days from the day you receive your parcel to exercise your right to return the purchased items. To return goods, please contact Cittadellarte Store (store@cittadellarte.it / +39.015.8971064) to advise us of your decision and then post them to Cittadellarte Store, via Serralunga 27, 13900 Biella. The use of registered mail is highly recommended.
Delivery costs are payable by you, unless the product is faulty or not the one you ordered.
Refunds
Once Cittadellarte Store has received your returned products and checked that everything is in order with them, you’ll receive a confirmation email.

Refunds on orders paid with credit card: the moment we accept the return we’ll ask our bank to refund the credit card you used to pay for your order. This transaction might take up to 10 days to complete.

Refunds on orders paid through PayPal: the moment we accept the return we’ll refund your PayPal account, your credit will be visible to you within the following 24 hours. The time of the actual refund on the credit card associated to your PayPal account depends on your credit card issuer.

Refunds for orders paid by bank transfer: the moment we accept the return we’ll ask our bank to refund the account you used to pay for your order. This transaction might take up to 10 days to complete.
Buying from Cittadellarte Store, the customer is informed of and fully accepts the terms and conditions above.

Treatment of personal data
Cittadellarte Store is responsible for the treatment of your personal data. Data are collected and treated in compliance with current rules and regulations on the subject (EU General Data Protection Regulation 2016/679). The provision of your personal data is necessary in order for you to be able to benefit from the services we offer. Data will be safely stored with us and won’t be passed on to third parties. Customers can request the integration, modification or cancellation of their data at any time (art. 17 GDPR). By providing the data and proceeding with the transaction, the customer guarantees they are accurate and agrees to their treatment.
